Meet Mwikali Muthiani

Mwikali Muthiani is first and foremost a daughter of the Most High God, saved by His grace and filled by His Holy Spirit. She is an intercessor, a mother, a grandmother, and a mentor to many.

With many years of experience leading the people agenda across diverse organisations, Mwikali now leads MillennialHR, a consultancy firm she founded in 2014. Her work is rooted in a deeply held personal vision: to see a world where everyone is valued, treated fairly, and Christ is glorified.

Through her voice, Mwikali champions fairness, accountability, and peace in the workplace. She is passionate about amplifying just practices and empowering people to rise above limiting circumstances — and to enable others to do the same.

About This Book

Looking back on her career, Mwikali reflects on one thing she wishes she had done more boldly which is standing up for Christ without compromise. This book is born from that honest reflection.

The HR Evangelist is a call to every believer in Jesus Christ in the workplace: to be courageous in faith, to choose the eternal over the temporal, and to live and lead in a way that glorifies God even when it costs something.

Her prayer is that this book will encourage many to choose the ultimate prize of life in eternity with Christ, over carnal gratification.
